These are exercises to help you gain independence between all of your limbs. When you are through playing these, you will have played every possible combination of your limbs over time.
For each page, there is a number of possible limbs and a number of limbs used per beat in an exercise.
Start with the simple ones and work your way through them. Also not that it is important to play each pattern more than once, so instead of playing "one, two" and moving on, make sure to play "one, two, one, two". If you don't play the pattern as "two, one" in there somewhere, you will have missed a combination.
