Lisa Bigelow believes in 3-day weekends and 6-hour workdays (for a start). Among her pursuits are writing, making art, practicing Frisbee, and finding ways to pay rent in the Bay Area. In spite of her underlying suspicion and resentment of computers, she is the web designer and editor of On a Whim. She encourages anyone and everyone to participate in this project.

Joe Chellman is a restless soul who can’t make up his mind. He’s a drummer and web developer, amateur photographer, enthusiastic cook, voracious reader, and occasional basketball player, in addition to hosting and providing tech support for On a Whim. He grew up in New Hampshire, where there are towns with more critters than people. Sometimes Joe feels like those towns.

Isaac Chellman is a drummer and up-and-coming wildlife biologist who zooms between Vermont and Maryland in the blink of an eye, keeping his wackiness stowed safely in the overhead compartment. Among his specialties are herpetology (look it up!), the buzz cut, rockin’ out, and faithful imitation of the ruff grouse enjoying an afternoon martini.

Lis Harvey has swept far o’er the waving grain and purple mountains majesty of America to bring the joy of her original “folk on the rocks” melodies into the hungry hearts of the general populous. Lis also moonlights as a designer, substitute teacher, poet, and personal assistant to Julia Child in Madison, Wisconsin.

Marnie McKay is an anthropology student at Carnegie Mellon University. She knows far more than the average person on the cloud forests of Costa Rica, alternative medicine, and the art of cooking steak. Marnie would like to teach the world to sing, in perfect harmony, one word: boogers!

Erin Rhodes is a professional actor and freelance writer. Her current project is Tony and Tina’s Wedding, the improvisational dinner-theater comedy, in which she again must kiss a man considerably older than herself. Erin performed in Freesias in Whiskey and Pittsburgh Public Theatre's production of Romeo and Juliet during 2001, and she regularly conducts interviews for Pittsburgh City Paper. Erin is the companion of a handsome green teddy bear named Victor.

Lila Skye is a teacher of yoga, seller of flowers, and dancer.

Mark Weathers is butt one of our whole. Third personally speaking, he’s out of his gourd and loves it! But in the harsh real world, our little artist buddy attends UGA in an attempt to further his interests, abilities, and know-who. Though he lacks any trace of motivation, he does own some dwarf hamsters.
